脆皮燒肉




這年頭,


人離鄉未必賤,


物離鄉卻必定貴。


君不見剛過去之中秋,


香港品牌的月餅,


價格之驕矜,令人咋舌﹗


另一大皇牌 --- 燒臘,


身價也名列前茅。


不過我家對「斬料」並不太熱衷,

只是偶爾買來嚐嚐,填補一下鄉情。

早陣子在Master Chef節目中看見人家做烤肉,

皮脆肉嫩,突然掛念燒肉,

買來五花腩,找來食譜,

付諸行動。

成品當然不能完全媲美專業燒臘,

也有七成相似,只是皮仍是有點厚,

下之得多扎幾針,

肉很嫩,不太鹹,這是店子做不到的。

食譜來自簡易食譜

一點也不麻煩,只是要早一天醃肉,

不用風乾甚麼的,一點也不費勁﹗

後記﹕這篇網誌本應屬舊Blog最後一篇,寫了一半跟隨升級,
之後一直蹉跎至今,成了新Blog之首。
好一個本末例置﹗

  1. I usually read your blog at mid-night, but always make me hungry ar!!! What do you think after you change to the upgrade version? I didn't have time to upgrade it but heard that there has a dealine on 12th Oct, next wednesday......

  2. Thanks for your reply! haha, just because I'm lazy to change it into chinese and quickly to leave few word, but chinese must be more傳神la.

    Yes, I'm quite busy and tired in these couple of weeks and I have been worked amost 10 days. As my partner's mothers passed away and I need to work for her time. Nothing I can do, this what can I do and do the pray.

    About the Yahoo blog, no time to MOVE yet, hope in these two days before 12th (wed). Sure that we can keep in touch :)

  4. 燒肉我整過幾次,但係就唔敢先拖水,因為覺得拖熟咗啲肉先至醃,驚唔入味,所以生插豬皮,但係就插極都插唔入,嬲得濟變身變態狂,用軍刀插佢,哈哈哈,都咪話唔兇狠呀!等我下次都試下先拖水至得!
